Sale of Art and Exhibited Items

The Artist Information Form must be in the Director's office ten (10) working days before the opening of the exhibit. Whether or not your art is for sale, its insurance value MUST be indicated on the Artist Information Form. If this is not provided, the work may be refused for display.

The label information will be taken from the information you provide. Your name and title of the work will be listed with either the sale price or NFS (Not For Sale).

Art displayed at the Student Exhibition Center and sold to a patron of the Student Exhibition Center is subject to the following terms:

  1. The SEC receives a 25% commission on all sales through the gallery
  2. Sold items may not be removed until the end of the exhibition at which point they become the property of the purchaser

Forms necessary for completion of the sale are available from the Director.
