Exhibit Announcements and Publicity

Design, printing and distribution of the exhibit announcement are the responsibility of the group or individuals involved in the show.

Please provide the following information on the announcement:

If you are planning to use bulk mail, the addressed items should be in the mail three (3) weeks before the opening of the exhibit. You may use your own mailing list, obtain one from the Director or from your department. Please allow three working days for this request. Ten (10) copies of the announcement are to be provided to the SEC, along with three (3) copies of any posters.

The Director of Student Exhibition Center will arrange all media announcements. Information concerning the event must be in the Director's office three (3) weeks prior to the event. If you have photographs to include in the announcement or a prepared press release, they must be submitted at the same time.
